Please help me!

It would really assist me, when processing entries for galas, if members would send a cheque for each gala rather than a single cheque for several galas.

Counties 2009

Some advance information is available for the Suffolk County Championships 2009.

Dates are as follows -

800M & 1500M - February 7th & 14th 2009

Individual Events - March 7th, 8th, 14th 15th & 22nd 2009

Some small changes to the format have been announced in a letter from Vicki and Bernie.

The Qualifying Times are also available.
