WSSC POLICY FOR REPORTING LOST AND FOUND ITEMS
Team managers (or an appointed person) will be responsible for collecting and holding any items left following a meet or bus journey, immediately informing Debbie Roberts of all items lost and found. Any individual should report a loss, within 24 hours, to Debbie Roberts (WSSC Development Coach) who will endeavour to ‘match up’ lost and found. After 48 hours an e-mail stating lost and found items will be released to those members signed up to the newsletter. A lost and found page will be created on the club web site where a list of items will be displayed for one month. Following this appeal, unlinked items will be stored in the cupboard at Haverhill for a short while before being disposed of. To reduce the possibility of items becoming permanently lost please ensure that every please of clothing and equipment is named.
