Training Timetable

An update to the training timetable for the period that Haverhill is closed is now available to view or download. This has been released week beginning 7/7/08 and will take immediate effect, apart from the ‘performance’ sessions where individual swimmers will be notified if the need to attend.
A letter explaining the modifications to the timetable is also available.

If like most of us you are confused about which events are used to work out a swimmers BAGCAT score, well help is at hand. Graham has produced this BAGCAT Schematic that shows which events are in each of the categories for the calculation of your total score. More information is also available from the ASA website.
